GOAL 1: SECURE STRATEGIC PROPERTY

TARGET: $2,000,000

Securing campus-adjacent property is the foundational objective of Forward in Faith 2.0. This land represents a rare and irreplaceable opportunity to protect ACA’s future growth capacity.

  • Three 8-plexes and one duplex directly bordering the current campus. These properties provide contiguous expansion space that cannot be replicated elsewhere in the surrounding area.

  • Adjacent land ensures long-term campus cohesion, safe student access, and unified development planning. Once sold outside the ACA community, this opportunity would likely never return.

  • This acquisition preserves space for future classrooms, fine-arts expansion, and infrastructure improvements aligned with ACA’s master plan.

GOAL 2: INCREASE CLASSROOM CAPACITY

TARGET: $1.0M–$1.2M

Strategic relocation of administrative offices will immediately free up valuable instructional space within the current facility.

  • The clinic site provides an opportunity to move administrative functions offsite, consolidating operations and improving workflow efficiency.

  • Relocating offices allows multiple rooms within the existing building to convert directly into instructional space without new construction. This will allow ACA to increase its number of dual-enrollment and AP offerings.

  • Improved campus flow, clearer front-office access, and enhanced security while maximizing student-centered and meeting space.

GOAL 3: CAMPUS MASTER PLAN FOUNDATION

Before vertical construction begins, responsible planning ensures long-term sustainability and alignment with mission and growth projections.

TARGET: $500K–$750K

  • Site analysis, environmental reviews, and civil feasibility studies to validate build-out options.

  • Preliminary renderings and phased development concepts that guide future expansion decisions.

  • Evaluation of traffic flow, parking, drainage, and utility capacity to support long-term growth.

GOAL 4: STRENGTHEN MISSION IMPACT

Physical space directly supports academic excellence, Christ-centered discipleship, and authentic relationships.

  • Additional class space, flexible learning environments, and dedicated specialty spaces enhance instructional quality.

  • Gathering spaces for things like chapel groups and small-group discussions, as well as program flexibility strengthen spiritual formation opportunities.

  • Intentional campus design fosters collaboration, mentorship, and meaningful connection for students and staff.
