WHY EXPANSION IS NEEDED
Over the past several years, ACA has grown to more than 500 students. With that growth comes an urgent need for additional classroom capacity, fine-arts space, a larger capacity gymnasium, and administrative efficiency.
Adjacent property acquisition provides the only viable path for long-term campus expansion and continued excellence in Christ-centered education.
PHASE I GOAL
$4.0M–$4.5M
This Phase I initiative will secure essential campus-adjacent property, expand classroom capacity, and establish the foundation for ACA’s future master plan. By acquiring this strategic land now, ACA positions itself to meet continued enrollment growth, enhance operational efficiency, and thoughtfully plan for future academic, fine-arts, and athletic development that supports long-term excellence in Christ-centered education.

Three 8-plexes and a duplex directly adjacent to campus—rare and irreplaceable land that will support future classrooms, athletics, and fine-arts development.
SECONDARY OPPORTUNITY
TARGET: $1.3M–$1.5M
Relocating administrative offices will immediately free multiple classrooms within the current facility while strengthening ACA’s campus footprint with additional parking.
PRE-CONSTRUCTION
$500K–$750K
Environmental, engineering, architectural, and civil assessments to validate build-out options and establish a detailed campus master plan.

LEADERSHIP MOMENTUM
ACA has secured more than $2.25M in gifts and commitments to secure the primary acquisition and launch this expansion initiative with strong early momentum. ACA is seeking $1.75M in additional gifts and commitments to complete Phase I.
A gift at this level locks in essential campus-adjacent property, immediately increases classroom capacity, and helps catalyze the success of Forward in Faith 2.0.
